Getting Here

Northern Kentucky (NKY) is right in the middle of it all. We are within a day’s drive or an hour flight of 60% of the U.S. population. Right at the heart of the intersection of I-75, I-71 and I-74 so you can get here quickly and easily. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, or CVG as we like to say, is the top airport in the U.S. for access and service. It has more than 150 daily departures and is a quick 15-minute drive to anywhere in NKY.

Our conference address is : Northern Kentucky Convention Center, 1 RiverCenter Blvd, Covington, KY. A short walk from downtown Cincinnati.

From the airport to the hotel, the fastest, easiest, and least expensive way to get to the CCHF conference is the TANK-Airporter bus.  The fare is $2, you can grab the 2X Airport Express bus outside the terminal and then hop off at the Downtown Cincinnati stop, and connect with the Southbank Shuttle that makes the continuous loop between Covington, Newport and Cincinnati:

November – March: Monday-Friday: 6AM-7PM, Weekend: 10AM-7PM

Easy, right?   Just make sure you have $2 cash and you'll be good to go!  Of course, if the Airporter doesn't work for your group, Uber or a cab ride are always an option.

Getting Around

The Down Low

The CCHF Conference will be taking place just over the river from downtown Cincy, in beautiful Covington, KY.  Downtown is just steps away and accessible by a walking bridge, located at the base of the hotels and conference center.

Once you're here,  there are several great transportation options.  While walking is always an option, the Southbank Shuttle Trolley travels the riverfront cities of Newport, Covington and downtown Cincinnati, making travel between entertainment venues, sports arenas, shopping and dining favorites and cultural destinations so easy! The trolleys will be a great way to see the cities. Signs with a detailed map mark each trolley stop and information is available at your hotel and at each of the areas attractions. Or just hop on and ask a trolley driver! Hours for the Southbank Shuttle that makes the continuous loop between Covington, Newport and Cincinnati:

November – March:

Monday-Friday: 6AM-7PM
Weekend: 10AM-7PM

In addition, there are bike stations all over the city!
